The big news of the day is the rain. It rained all day, but we still got a few good photos out of it.

We drove to Rangeley Lake State Park yesterday and figured that after some rain today, the trees and roads would look even better, and they did.

We took a quick stroll on the Mingo Springs Trail and Bird Walk. We heard a few birds but did not see any.

Finally, we walked to the top of the Small Falls (that are not that small) and saw a couple of more cascades above the main waterfall.

There was also a delightful whirlpool under the bridge that made fascinating swirls with a long exposure.
