I always get really excited with color and abstract forms come together. Peter was a good sport and agreed to go on adventure with me to find an isolated strand of rainbow eucalyptus trees. Once we forded the river, I was in heaven (until the sun came out).
I had heard about the wild color of these trees, but to see them was to really believe it. There were about a dozen in this small area, and I could have spent 1/2 day here easily. Unfortunately, the light didn’t agree with me and it was time to pack up, and go on a tropical hike (I think I dropped five pounds in the humidity).
